I'm not even going to bother rotating this.  This was the night after the hike on Tuesday.  I was lying in bed in pain and begged my dad to bring me ice.  It helped.  And then he went on to lecture me for choosing to do those kinds of activities when I know I have a bad knee.  Homie please.. this ain't gonna hold me back.  Totes JK.

And now I have fever body.  I have the point tenderness, chills, and achy all over.... minus the high temperature.  This better go away by tomorrow night.  I have adverturing to do in San Francisco this weekend.
