Non-oil free cleanser FTW. Most people probably already know this or are blessed with kick ass skin they need not worry. But if you're like me with skin that gets super dry and, dare I say flakey, when the weather starts to change and there's no amount of water intake or moisturizer that can help then try a face wash that is not "oil-free". I remember being at a point of desperation with my skin when I was still at SB. Now that is a dry seasonal change. Anyways, I read it in a yahoo article once and went out almost immediately to buy a new face wash. It felt weird at first. Like it wasn't really cleaning my skin. But it made a HUGE difference. Now every spring when my face gets dry I know I need to switch face wash. I admit it never occurs to me right away. I let my face get dry and blame it on the make up. But the fact that I just switched a week ago and my skin has made massive improvements makes me feel inclined to share this with you.
It's probably just me. But trying to find a face wash that isn't oil-free is kind of a search. Aveeno was the only option at my CVS. But it worked out because I love it.
If you don't have this issue every spring then just pin a rose on your nose.
