I went hiking on Friday with some betches. The last time I did Eaton Canyon was more than 2 years ago. It's a good thing Krusty kept asking where the waterfall was otherwise we would've passed it! Hikes like that are always my favorite. The river crossings weren't as bad as Sapphire Canyon. The rocks were plenty sturdy. It was packed but that was expected.
I have added Old Baldy and the Bridge to Nowhere on my list. I think it's time to get appropriate shoes with sufficient ankle support. As comfy as my Free's are they don't prevent rolling your ankle. I'm so excited I even want trekking poles! Oh the fun we're going to have!
