Baaaaby

Newborn babies look funny to me.  They're not chubby yet.  They're tiny and fragile.  They kind of scare me.  But I absolutely adore when they're curled up like this.  My heart just melts and I can't imagine how I ever thought it would be okay to stick a tiny flashlight in a newborn baby's mouth.

They look so vulnerable and innocent.  And as unreasonable as it is, it makes you wish everyone would stop being sucky... and be awesome instead.  I don't even know that baby in the top picture.  But I hope his heart never breaks.
