July 30-31 Citrus Classic Balloon Festival in Santa Paula.
I missed the Temecula hot air balloon and wine festival but I really try my hardest to make it to this one. It's near Simi Valley, so it's a bit far. But it's only for one day, I think. They inflate at night then take off the next morning. So maybe more than one day :/ I'm still going. Tickets are $7.

July 10, 24 & Aug 7, 21 - Cal Phil Festival on the Green
Okay... it's kind of ridiculous that I now make the effort to go see this. I had an annual arboretum pass and I somehow missed the Cal phil. A ticket for lawn space is around $20.
